El proyecto consiste en realizar un Hotel Boutique en El solar que se ubica en una posición de borde de un embalse, que forma parte del denominado humedal de la Grajera. Situado en el entorno inmediato de la ciudad de Logroño, hace que sirva de complemento al sistema general de espacios libres y de ocio urbana de la ciudad y como tal entra en las consideraciones del Plan General de Logroño.

El edificio sustituirá al restaurante situado en la explanada a las orillas del embalse y elevada 5 metros del lago. 

En este sentido el proyecto analiza, considera e integra esta condición del lugar, teniendo en cuenta su carácter urbano, sus flujos con la ciudad, su situación límite difusa en el borde de la trama urbana, su exigencia icónica, su vinculación con el embalse y el parque de la Grajera, y la realidad de su ubicación en un terreno de humedales. 

Se plantea un edifico longitudinal y de baja altura,  llevando a cabo un desarrollo horizontal del programa, siguiendo asi la lamina de agua, la cual se introduce en el edificio en la planta baja y crea un espacio único en el interior del hotel.

Su acceso se integra con la trama urbana a través de una rampa ligera. En su interior alberga patios que integran la iluminación al edificio, creando conexiones en su interior. 

El edificio está dividido en dos bloques, que dan respuesta a los diferentes usos del hotel.

The project consists of building a Boutique Hotel on the site, which is located on the edge of a reservoir, which is part of the so-called La Grajera wetland. Located in the immediate surroundings of the city of Logroño, it makes it serve as a complement to the general system of free spaces and urban leisure in the city and as such falls under the considerations of the General Plan for Logroño.

The building will replace the restaurant located on the esplanade on the banks of the reservoir and elevated 5 meters from the lake.

In this sense, the project analyzes, considers and integrates this condition of the place, taking into account its urban character, its flows with the city, its diffuse limit situation on the edge of the urban fabric, its iconic demand, its connection with the reservoir and the Grajera park, and the reality of its location in a wetland area.

A longitudinal and low-rise building is proposed, carrying out a horizontal development of the program, thus following the sheet of water, which enters the building on the ground floor and creates a unique space inside the hotel.

Its access is integrated with the urban fabric through a light ramp. Inside it houses patios that integrate lighting into the building, creating connections inside.

The building is divided into two blocks, which respond to the different uses of the hotel.
