Estrategias urbanas territoriales

El ejercicio consta de dos partes, la primera parte realizar una estrategia urbana territorial. 

Centrándonos en el mapa de La Rioja, como refleja los municipios los cuales han tenido un crecimiento notable en la construcción desde la pandemia, y que parte de la población  se sitúa en cada municipio y cómo incluye en la edificabilidad del suelo urbanizable

 

En la segunda parte del trabajo los temas urbanos se estudiarán a escala local, centrándonos en la pobreza en Mukuru.

En este mapa podemos diferenciar las zonas más pobres de mukuru según el estudio realizado teniendo en cuenta diferentes aspectos. Las áreas que aparecen en azul oscuro, ubicadas al sureste de la ciudad de Mukuru, son las que presentan mayor pobreza. Se marca con el número 3. El resto de las zonas se degradan en color según sus niveles de pobreza, ya su vez el número que la representa, (0-1-2-3), dejando en blanco las zonas menos desfavorecidas. A esta conclusión hemos llegado tras realizar un estudio donde analizamos las zonas inundables, las zonas más cercanas a iglesias, hospitales y aseos, haciendo rangos de distancia a estos lugares. Territorial urban strategies

The exercise consists of two parts, the first part carrying out a territorial urban strategy.

Focusing on the map of La Rioja, as reflected by the municipalities which have had a notable growth in construction since the pandemic, and what part of the population is located in each municipality and how it includes in the buildability of urbanizable land

 

In the second part of the work, urban issues will be studied at the local level, focusing on poverty in Mukuru.

In this map we can differentiate the poorest areas of mukuru according to the study carried out taking into account different aspects. The areas that appear in dark blue, located southeast of the city of Mukuru, are those with the highest poverty. It is marked with the number 3. The rest of the areas are degraded in color according to their levels of poverty, and in turn the number that represents it, (0-1-2-3), leaving the less disadvantaged areas blank. We have reached this conclusion after carrying out a study where we analyze the flood zones, the areas closest to churches, hospitals and toilets, making ranges of distance to these places.
